SLEEP HYGIENE

Having a healthy quality of sleep is important for people in order to have a proper day functioning. Due to an inadequate sleep hygiene resulting from busy schedules and routines, sleeping troubles can appear that can affect wellbeing.

 

USE OF MUSIC

Music is often used by people to feel better, happier, relaxed or joyful. To support the promotion of sleep, sound and music can be used to help people to relax.

 

SOUNDSCAPES

In a soundscape, different layers of sound are overlapped to generate an acoustical composition. YOU dreamer YOU allow people with sleeping problems caused by an inadequate sleep hygiene, to create their desired acoustic ambience at home as part of their sleeping rituals and as a preparation to sleep.
